So after two weeks here in PR.. And Not getting any service anywhere... I went to Chili's thinking it's a familiar concept and the service and food would be better. That would be a BIG FAT NOOOOO....!!!! Service is non existent and the food was horrible and under cooked.... I will Never have ANYTHING Good to say about this island or the People here....

The avocado sirloin wasn't much more than 3 slices of 5 ml of avocado and the lettuce was truly awful. Meat was alright but not cooked as requested. Overall I'm a bit disappointed, this is my first meal in the country so I guess it can only get better?

Located on a nice quiet spot. Outdoor seating, friendly service.parking free for one hour, you must drive in, get a plastic card, validate in the restaurant, and pay at machine in building lobby before you leave.

Honestly we resisted so long going to a chilis being from the states and it seemed ridiculous. The food was pretty good but the service was lacking as is the case with a lot of places here. I kinda think it's a cultural thing at this point and people don't get in a big hurry for anything
